Located in Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Fairy Meadows is grassland near the base camp of Nanga Parbat. This scenic place is situa ted at an altitude of 3,300 meters above sea level and is a tourist hot-spot enticing not only local tourists but also a large number of foreign tourists. Fairy Meadows is accessed through the Karakorum Highway. It is a Fifteen Kilometer Long ride from the Raikhot bridge on Karakoram Highway. The mesmerizing view of Nanga Parbat, beautiful and dense alpine forests and a ravine that originates from the glaciers of Nanga Parbat make it a visual treat for tourists. The six-month tourist season starts in April and continues until the end of September. Although reaching Fairy Meadows requires a bumpy jeep ride or a trek, still the majestic views attract a huge tourist inflow every year as all the effort to reach this stunningly beautiful location is worth it.
Cottages in the Fairy Meadows provide the tourists with an amazing experience of staying in beautiful and comfortable wooden cottages with all the facilities. They are situated in the heart of fairy meadows and have the best view of the site. Each cottage contains 20 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.
